I'm a total noob and i'm trying to edit a wiki article on George "Joji" Miller (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Miller) but when i apply changes i get a popup claiming that the title of the page is blacklisted. I did some looking up and found that you were the creator of this feature.
So in hindsight, could you please explain why i and other people are not allowed to edit this particular page?
