Extension does not work, although installed

Hello,

the extension does not work on our MediaWiki (1.26). On the Special:Version it shows that the Extension is installed and running. But if I click on an image, MultimediaViewer does not show up!

Webserver: IIS 7

PHP: 5.4.45

Do I need a newer PHP version?

Okay, Problem was my cache directory was not writable... Sorry for the inconvenience.
