Instead of some characters ⟨ symbol show.
how solve this problems?

I do not see any such character (Firefox 41 browser) on the page that you linked. If there are such characters, please provide a screenshot and browser information.
I use chrome version "46.0.2490.80 m" and
in other web browser no problem.

Looks like your computer doesn't have proper fonts installed that support farsi characters.
