I recently updated several wikis, as a small "farm," from MW 1.14 to MW 1.25.1.
One of them, in Russian, is no longer accessible. None of its pages will load if addressed with Cyrillic/Russian page names. The pages still exist, stored with their URL-encoded titles. But whatever routine that used to translate a Cyrillic name into a URL encoded name, to retrieve the page, no longer works.
What did I do wrong, and how do I set it right?
Other wikis, that have characters with diacritical marks, still function, and load all pages.
