I removed a wikimedia site at the top of the list per the banner at the top, it was them re-added by someone claiming that it it is not hosted be the Wikimedia foundation. Who hosts it them? Myr tonos^{Give me new messages} 13:33, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

That someone is me. Who? Let's leave this as a hometask. Why? Because their SW versions don't match. So what about the criteria? Everything outside the pmtpa qualifies.

That is a local wikimedia chapter, Although the chapters have the option to have the Wikimedia foundation host them, Some (such as the Wikimedia AU chapter) choose to host them themselves using their own setups outside the foundation's cluster.
