Resolved in Special:Diff/4142521, Special:Diff/4142480 (for edits on this template), and resolved in RelPath in Special:Diff/4142500.

This is fixed now in the 2 most recent revisions of this template: Special:Diff/4142521, Special:Diff/4142480. Some PHP libraries don't have projects on Phabricator, so a {{{phab-tag-exists}}} parameter was added to mitigate that. Currently adding documentation for this parameter.

This was also fixed on RelPath, at Special:Diff/4142500.

(I admittedly should've fixed this earlier, heh)
