Added outcome directly related to Developer Advocacy team
[edit]I have added a new outcome documenting some of the work that will be pursued by the Developer Advocacy team in cooperation with others at the Foundation and in the movement. The exact outputs will be subject to change over time as the team completes planned hiring and experiments with new techniques to reach out to new and existing technical contributors.
