20 May update
[edit]Just noting that I was happy to hear the news in the 20 May update. Blocking users from this menu is a good quality-of-life measure (saves me an extra tap, and I did think it strange that the other parts of the core tools were present), and I think that enabling AMC for all logged-in users is very much a positive step. - Thanks Sdrqaz! Just to clarify, we're not enabling all of AMC's features right now, just this menu, but we're evaluating the other pieces of AMC to see if they also make sense to enable for everyone. Samwalton9 (WMF) (talk) 15:09, 20 May 2022 (UTC)
