How to pull down a change from gerrit

This page describes an alternative to git-review, but doesn't describe how to perform all actions git-review can do. How does one pull a change down from gerrit for modification akin to `git review -d <gerritID>`?

rename alias.push-for-review to alias.review

Is there a reason that a pretty long alias.push-for-review is picked instead of a shorter alias.review?

Typing "git review" is easier than typing "git push-for-review". :)
