Is Wikipedia and others wiki depends on Media wiki? ↠Tanbirzx () 18:56, 27 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

They depend on the software they run on: MediaWiki.
They do not depend on this website: mediawiki.org Ciencia Al Poder (talk) 09:51, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Let me try without looking up the answer first.
I think wiki is the kind of template or web design used in wikipedia. (Was invented by wikipedia?)
Wikipedia is the website with all the info etc... (its a very lazy etc...)
Wikimedia is the foundation and media wiki is the service related of wikipedia multimedia?
I don't know, there is too much info about this wiki world. How does not exist a proper wikipedia documentary? Wait!! I had to look there are, I have to find the new german one. See you. SrGeneroso (talk) 21:25, 24 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Shouldn't the page include Wikitext as well? TheChessTyper (talk) 14:34, 30 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

I don't think wikitext is relevant here Ciencia Al Poder (talk) 09:09, 3 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
I þought some people might get confused between MediaWiki and wikitext, but it's ok. TheChessTyper (talk) 19:35, 9 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

I don't know how to put my profile picture on wikipedia

I don't know how to put my profile picture on Bizzyboy211 (talk) 01:06, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Most people don't use an image to represent themselves on any of the Wikimedia projects. If you want one, you have to make sure the image is released in the public domain or under a compatible copyright license by the person who wholly created it, then it can be added to Wikimedia Commons if it's not already there.
