Processing request from Bénin

- Hi @X-Savitar, sure. I was planning to ping you on IRC. :)
- Last months I was in Bénin and organized some wikipedia sessions for new contributors over there. Among the attendees were many developers or computer sciences students. They express their will to contribute to Mediawiki code.
- Is there possible to plan a developper training in Bénin?
- Note: Currently I'm not in Bénin, but surely I will help organize all these to make it happen.
