WikiTide is merging with Miraheze according to Miraheze's Requests for Comment (the topic is "Reorganization of Miraheze"). WikiTide has stated this fact on their meta site's Special:RequestWiki and is no longer accepting new wiki requests. Yes, here is the RequestWiki page. Interesting - I knew about the planned merger, but I didn't know that it had in a sense already started. Given that people can no longer create new wikis there, I do think WikiTide should be removed - the "Used by" template is meant to list only packages and wiki farms that are available to the public.
