Mediawiki 1.5.2 message printed says "You must also check the box affirming that you are not violating any copyrights by uploading the file." which seems incorrect now that there are optionally 2 text fields, and the only box is "watch this page" Personally I preferred the early system with the single box. The Copyright Status should be a pulldown.
