Details
[edit]moveToExternal.php file is a maintenance script to move revision's text to external storage.
You have to set up the $wgExternalStores and $wgExternalServers configuration before running the script. See Manual:External Storage for more details.

Usage
[edit]php maintenance/run.php storage/moveToExternal type location [ -s | -e ]

In MediaWiki version 1.43.6 and earlier, you must invoke maintenance scripts using
php maintenance/scriptName.php instead of php maintenance/run.php scriptName.
