MediaWiki:Youhavenewmessages provides the MediaWiki "new messages" message. The default is:
You have $1 ($2).
where $1 is taken from MediaWiki:Newmessageslinkplural, while $2 comes from MediaWiki:Newmessagesdifflinkplural.
You have a new message (last change).
MediaWiki:Youhavenewmessagesfromusers is a variation when there are messages from multiple users:
You have $1 from $3 users ($2).
where $3 is the number of users who have left messages.
You have new messages from 2 users (last changes).
