Details
The $wgShowRollbackEditCount is used to show how many edits will be rolled back.
The numeric value of the variable are the limit up to are counted.
If the value is false value, the edits are not counted.
When $wgMiserMode is set, edits are always not counted on Special:RecentChanges and Special:Watchlist.
