The plena system is a combination of the Zamenhof system and the x system.
It allowes all the digraphs from both systems.
The Zamenhof system

If you want to type just SH in this system, you should use SHH. E.g. chh -> ch, Ghh -> Gh and SHH -> SH.

If you want to type just SX in this system, you should use SXX. E.g. cxx -> cx, Gxx -> Gx and SXX -> SX.
