Just use noarticletext?

I think the docs here should explain more about how is this extension different to modifying mediawiki:noarticletext to get a custom not-found message.

I'm planning to use this as I migrate my site from / to /wiki/ so that attempts to find an article inside the /wiki/ directory just ask you to create a page, but attempts to find articles outside of /wiki/ can give a friendly pointer to the new location, but only when a proper page isn't found outside the /wiki/. Is this an adequate explanation?
