Needs to be upgraded to not require manual insertion of the buttons but an easy way to add it to the template

How to add it to all pages by default?

Update for X
[edit]It would be excellent to update this extension for usage with the X rather than the Twitter brand. If filed and issue for this. I suspect some JS needs to be changed, too.
