At least, not for me. Nothing happened. I used the example and the page just showed Title 1 / Title 2. Nothing happened based on mouse moves etc. Installation verified in Special:Version. MediaWiki is: 1.13.2 --Robinson Weijman 14:05, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

Errors[edit]
Had a Javascript error "Effect is not defined". Also, the example shown by the author did not work. When used during test the "Edit" appeared (section links). All in all, it did not work.
- Same here. Tested on MW 1.15.3
