I agree, so does w:MOS:TITLES. I would Special:MovePage Category:MediaWiki development (and Category:MediaWiki Development process) except for the translation machinery, Special:PrefixIndex/Category:MediaWiki_Development/ shows 116 subpages! Thanks Lego for the mass-rename. This uppercase troubled me for a long while! I think it was an accident of history: m:Category:MediaWiki Development was created in 2004 by an unregistered user. Nemo 20:09, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
