- [NOT DONE] Draft style guide based on principles and ideas in the draft MediaWiki technical documentation plan
- [NOT DONE] Ensure that all developer-related info information on mediawiki-api/mediawiki-l/wikitech-l is incorporated into MediaWiki.org
