You reverted my edits but it does not work as you want it. :-(

Please klick on "Deutsch" to see:

1. "Advertising blocks" appears as "Werbung-Blöcke", but I have to translate it into "Werbe-Blöcke"
2. "If Sitenotice is defined" appears as a red link. Tip-text is "Ll (page does not exist)".

Regarding "If Sitenotice is defined," use {{}} as in the original text, not [[]].

This is really hard stuff. Too much for me. Thank a lot for your help.
