Requested user-rights: Editor.

I am trying to get as much into translating the contents of MediaWiki.org into Polish as spare time allows me to, so editor rights would be much appreciated. On occasions, I might also want to add something rather benign (like a "Languages" template" into one of the protected pages, so if the active admins consider sysop rights to be justified, I would be additionally grateful and will not pest the IRC-sitting admins to do something for me.
