Toolserver:TS-Thumb

TS-Thumb is an image-forward-service. It does the same thing like the mediawiki-thumb-forwarder, but doesn't need mediawiki in background.
It just takes an image-name as argument (it can handle other arguments too) and sends you to the image or to the thumb of the image. It does not create the thumb by itself.
