Customizing New Installation

Hi guys

I'm installing 1.24 and would like to customize the links on the bottom

ie.

Edit this page | Watch this page | Discuss this page | Page history | Page information | What links here | Related changes

Especially I would like to remove the 'Discuss this page' link.

Please advise where to do this, thanks

Do you want to disable talk pages at all, or just hide the link to it?
