Webpage loading time[edit]
[1] p. 104 has a comparison of the "average webpage loading time" for xDLS, FTTx and cable clients in European countries. The average between countries is 0.60 s for FTTx and cable, 1.58 for xDLS. Maybe that can be used as a baseline of what people are used to in relatively well-connected areas. --Nemo 08:21, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
