Talk:Quality Assurance/Browser testing

About this board

Qgil-WMF (talkcontribs)

Hi, who can make it to a browser automation workshop next week, online, this time with a better schedule for Asia/Europe?

Thursday, July 18, 16:00-18:00 UTC

Let's keep practicing while working on real test coverage for Wikipedia related software. We can adapt the program to the skills / interests of the participants.

If you are interested please reply below. All the better if you describe briefly your QA skills and interests. Volunteers with all levels of expertise are welcome: there will be interesting tasks for everybody.

Hi Quim,

It will be my pleasure to attend. Thanks for arranging this.

Hello! Count me in for this workshop and thank you very much... Kind regards from Plavi!

Ozhu (talkcontribs)

I would be interested! I ended up spending the bulk of the last session setting up Ruby...

Cmcmahon(WMF) (talkcontribs)

I should be available.

Very good! This means quorum. Let's move to Meetings/2013-07-18, where I took the liberty of copying your words.  :)

Hi, I would be interested in joining this worshop − is it still possible?

(apologies for the late request, I got aware of it just today…)

If it's an issue with ordinary usage (e.g. I'm trying to use a feature on a wiki, and it doesn't work in Foo Browser), you can also report a bug.

Link to Jenkins seems to be broken

Kaartic (talkcontribs)

The link in the Investigate a broken issue section of this page that should point to the page containing all browser test runs seems to be broken. Please fix it, as it would make it possible for the volunteers to run Browser tests.

ZFilipin (WMF) (talkcontribs)

Thanks for letting us know. I have fixed a couple of broken links to Jenkins.
