Typewriter text should be monospaced.

- First, bugs in Minerva should be fixed in Minerva (report on Phabricator). Second, if for some reason they need to be fixed on-wiki, they should be fixed in MediaWiki:Minerva.css rather than in Mobile.css â the fix here would leave Minerva-on-desktop unfixed but would unnecessarily âfixâ Vector-on-mobile, which is not broken. âTacsipacsi (talk) 15:39, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
