The survey asked if Media Viewer was "useful for viewing images". We had multiple people showing up saying they responded "yes" to the question because they interpreted it as asking if Media Viewer works for viewing images. Those people expressed very strong disapproval of Media Viewer, saying that it was much worse for viewing images.
