Proceeding with Hierarchy-based approach (Image:{ns}:{file}.{filext}, e.g., Image:ProtectedNS:Trash.txt).

Based on experience with 1.9.1, will have to do the following (probably within the NSRepo Class:

1. Remap SpecialUpload [1]
2. Remap Image [2]
3. Identify NS in addressing image functions [3]
4. Change img_auth.php [4]
