In no particular order:
Get named entities out of trunk so we can switch to <!DOCTYPE html> for HTML5(done in r68803)- Account Manager support?

- Some sort of actual working MathML support for <math> (first figure out what we currently have)
- ExternalAuth
- Convert Sanitizer to use an HTML5 parser, with the option for shelling out/using a PHP extension (talk with Tim about this first)
- Something to blur out offensive images by default
$wgEnforceHtmlIds- Make OutputPage <head> generation sane
- More HTML5 stuff?
