I have deployed a number of Wiki sites, mainly on Intranets but I use TheGredil as my personal one to test and experiment with. This was where I learnt to set-up and use Wikis and a have been hooked ever since.

20080628 Upgrade Issue

I would really like to upgrade TheGredil to version 1.12.0 but am having the following issue. If anyone can help I be eternally grateful. Because this is my personal site it is remotely hosted so whilst I can ssh in I can't mess with the installation of PHP or anything...

Hi there, I am attempting to upgrade my Wiki from 1.6.6 to 1.12. I have followed all the instructions on the upgrade page. I used Alternative 2 (the web installer) because none of the servers I have access to have php installed with the --with-mysql option (not default behaviour for ANY php install I might add!
