Under Using VisualEditor, the last bullet ends with: "VisualEditor is not currently available for Wikipedia: pages or any talk pages." On talk pages, VisualEditor is indeed not available when adding a new topic. However, Visual Editor is actually available if editing either the entire talk page or any topic. (I'd like it to be available when adding a new topic too.)
