As noted on Wikipedia, filters aren't necessarily for abuse, so maybe this should be renamed?

This probably isn't the best place to propose a rename; I'd suggest to file a task on Phabricator instead.
I'm not sure if extensions are typically renamed. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Though the system messages associated with the extension are sometimes renamed if need be.
Flow was rebranded to Structured Discussions, but the name of the extension was kept.
