I do not have the option to connect in a shell to my MediaWiki installation.
I'm looking for an option to add 2 lines in the header (for Apple and Android touch icon) and a line in the footer for Matomo (PiWik). Manipulating the Skin template is becoming annoying from update to update.
Any hint to do this with an extension which does not need shell access? Thanks!
