Reading your comment about help desks, I've discovered that ويكيبيديا:فريق_المساعدة/طلبات wasn't linked to the Wikidata item about help desks. Surprisingly, that's another page which is listed there. Is that due to the help links on top?

This page is a guidance page contain buttons for many things like (correct error in article, create new article ..etc), and under this 6 buttons there's a large button with label (اضغط هنا لطلب المساعدة)=(click here to ask for help), when you click in it, then you go to this page, so if you don't found what you want in the guidance page you can click to ask for help.

Yes, it's like (Frequently Asked Questions if you don't found your questions you can ask us directly).
