Yes the problem is nginx. The problem has been solved by doing FPM Apache.

Hi. my web site is mobile;

working : https://testing.com/Special:Random

not working : https://testing.com/Özel:Rastgele (Özel:Rastgele (Turkish language) = Special:Random)

404 error occurs when not running.

But there is no problem on the normal site.

working : https://testing.com/Özel:Rastgele

Can I make this url in English for the mobile site? This url in system messages english. MediaWiki:DirtyPages is useful? (There is no clear information on how to use it.) Turkish Wikipedia works the same. Could it be that nginx is causing this?
