Imbox notice.png should be replaced with Ambox notice.png because that image is redirected like that on commons anyway, see here
Some wiki's don't allow redirected-image fetches from commons, while they auto fetch from commons if the filename is specific without a redirect.

While we at it, it might be even better to replace it with Information icon.svg because that is the original SVG version of Ambox notice.png
