The versions 1.15.1, 1.15.2 have been verified by me to contain a buggy Simplified Chinese language translation, resulting in the inaccessibility of the search page and most special pages. I'd recommend people who have not updated to this version not to update until a stable version of 1.16 have been released. For those who have already updated to 1.15.1 or 1.15.2, please try updating to 1.16 beta, where the bug has been fixed. Or, if you still have a backup of the version before update, you may rollback to it.
I hope mediawiki admins or developer would make a official (at least public) announcement on this matter, in case people like me tried and failed to update to a newer version properly.
Affected (verified) versions are MediaWiki 1.15.1 and MediaWiki 1.15.2, using language "zh-cn" or "zh-hans".
