• "Wikimedia engineering report/2011/February" <-- I prefer this format. The sorting (for things like PrefixIndex) and neat subpaging are nice.
• "Category:Wikimedia engineering projects or Category:Wikimedia Foundation engineering projects?" <-- I think Wikimedia is fine here. It keeps the other titles reasonable in length and consistent as well ("Category:Wikimedia Foundation engineering projects active during the third quarter of 2010" ;-)
