Project talk:Main page templates/page

Hi, I am trying to use Language template on my wiki(verion 1.12), but when I am creating Project:Main page templates/page by copying this code it considers the tags <tr></tr> & <td></td> as simple text. I have already installed ParserFunctions extension to use Language template, do i need to install something else too. Can some one help me, Thanks.
