Unable to access mw-config path

The browser prompt me to download 'index.php'. PHP is working as I can see the main index page saying I need to configure the installation.

Anyone have an idea of why?

Duplicate '/' entry

I had to comment the following lines:

  1. location / {
  2. return 404;
  3. }
