Extension maintenance scripts?

A small number (I have no idea even roughly how many) of extensions add their own maintenance scripts, e.g. Extension:Semantic MediaWiki adds several of its own. Should these be listed on this page as well, in a separate section (or using some other presentation)?

(The only other one I'm immediately aware of is Extension:MediaWikiAuth, which includes reattributeImportedEdits.php.)

Congratulations ...

In the past, not long ago, there has been a page with a list of all scripts. When looking for a certain script without knowing the exact name, one could use the browser's search function to search by part of the name, e.g. "refresh" or "revision".

Now with the new structure I am urged to expand 12 collapsed areas before I can search. Well done.

I will never understand why developers that are bored as hell tend to search some things they could "improve" and then make those things worse than they have ever been.

I love you all.

Hi,

Previous list of script section was based on directory structure. If you look at the top of the page, you will find https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/core/%2B/HEAD/maintenance/ now. You can go to the that link and easily can use search. It will have more updated list than previously. Last list was just dump of directory that was not useful.

Thank you :)

No adequate replacement. Yes, I can go to your source repository and search. Then, when I have found what may be suitable, I have to go back to the Mediawiki site, type in the name, look at the page if it is what I am searching for. If not, back to the repo and search further on. Great improvement.

The script names on this page are grouped and hidden, and within each group they not even sorted by name.

Last list was useful, ok? Sorry. I'm so sick and tired of people telling me that they know better what I'd like to have or how I will have to work.

I am using the category list now. I can search & click to documentation without switching between documentation and repository. Well, two pages to search, but ok.
