Dual licensing

Can you add an example how to add dual licensing and how to call it from mediawiki:copyright, please.--Juan de Vojníkov 12:55, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Should include a reference to where $wgRightsText is printed

It would be very useful to have a reference here to the Special:AllMessages that in turn prints this text.

It seems to me that when folks are customizing these copyright related messages they will frequently wish to modify the OTHER text that this variable is wrapped in:
