Robot policies for namespaces, e.g. tag <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />
e.g.
$wgNamespaceRobotPolicies = array( NS_TALK => 'noindex' );
The default policy is given by $wgDefaultRobotPolicy, the array is made of namespace constants as defined in includes/Defines.php
