Enable watching/unwatching pages using AJAX. Requires $wgUseAjax to be true too. Causes wfAjaxWatch to be added to $wgAjaxExportList.

If you want to add a Watch/Unwatch tab (the tab with the star), set $wgVectorUseIconWatch to true.
