This page shows all languages with a language file, and the number of translated system messages. Note that language files also contain other parameters. For a lot of languages there is a Wikipedia (with its own site language given by $wgLanguageCode in LocalSettings.php), but no language file at all. In this case the parameters and messages for English, or the language code defined with $fallback apply.
