Project is committed in repo and ready for testing needs work to be able to be used on our cluster. Closing out this project as we've wrapped up dev.
Rationale [edit]
Our currently data source for device detection is WURFL and while it has done well from a functional standpoint its prohibitive license has caused us to look at alternatives. Were currently exploring partnering with the Apache software foundation under the Apache device map project.
