don't work

It doesn't work in MediaWiki 1.8.3. The PDF tab appears but it just shows a blank page.

I have just tested it with MediaWiki 1.10.2 and it causes still an error. - Who is responsible to remove an extension, which is not fixed in an acceptable time period after being claimed as buggy?
